"We loved taking classes in the comfort of our home and at our pace which allowed for plenty of bathroom breaks or even a nap. Lol. The information is comprehensive and it started a lot of good conversations that we needed to have in order to make decisions and discover our preferences ahead of time. I was so overwhelmed at the thought of designing a birth plan but once we completed our courses, it was easier to make choices and we had a clear plan in place. There are so many options out there to educate yourself about birthing and breastfeeding but I will always be grateful to Anna for sharing her knowledge and expertise with us through the self-paced classes."
