Bringing Home Baby In-Person (Jul 20)

This IN-PERSON class is taught by a certified labor and postpartum doula and childbirth educator. It will prepare you for your first child, or serve as a great refresher if it’s been a while since your last. Topics include newborn care, bathing, diapering, swaddling, feeding options, understanding your newborn, what is normal, and their cues. This class also discusses postpartum recovery and how to take care of yourself and adjust to having a baby. Comprehensive manual and material will be included.
